Frequently Asked Questions

Good to know

What is the difference between the sets? Plus

Essential pairs the collar with a matching leash. Signature adds a waste bag holder and a complimentary engraved dog tag. Maison adds a treat bag as well.
Which size should I choose? Plus

Use our size calculator, based on your dog's breed and weight. Prefer to measure? Measure around the neck and allow room for two fingers. XS fits 18 to 26 cm, S 27 to 35 cm, M 36 to 44 cm, L 45 to 55 cm and XL 57 to 71 cm.
When will my set ship? Plus

Ordered before 5 pm, your set ships the same working day. With an engraved dog tag, as in the Signature and Maison sets, it ships the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
Can I change the engraving after ordering? Plus

No. We engrave every tag to order and ship it the next working day, so please check the name and phone number carefully before you order.
Can I return a set? Plus

Yes. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and send it back within 4 weeks. As the dog tag is engraved especially for your dog, we cannot take it back: you keep the tag and its value of €14.95 is deducted from your refund, together with the return costs of €10.
Can I mix colours in a set? Plus

Every set is made in one colour. Prefer to mix? Every piece is also available on its own, so you can pair your collar with accessories in the colour of its lining.
