We want you to love every Laelaps piece. If something is not quite right, returning or exchanging it is simple.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Simply let us know at info@laelaps-paris.com and we will email you a return label. After letting us know, you have 4 weeks to send your order back.
Once your return has arrived in good order, we refund the amount of your order within 14 days. The return costs of €10 are deducted from your refund.
Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges follow the same steps as a return, without the return costs.
As every tag is engraved especially for your dog, engraved tags cannot be returned or exchanged. When you return a Signature or Maison set, you keep the tag and its value of €14.95 is deducted from your refund.
Please return every piece with everything that came with it and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, including the gift box. If a piece shows more wear than is needed to see whether it suits you, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. Pack your return carefully, so it reaches us safely.
