Shipping & Delivery

Every Laelaps order is carefully packed in our navy gift box, tied with a golden ribbon, so it arrives exactly as it should.

Shipping

Orders placed before 5 pm on a working day ship the same day. Orders with an engraved dog tag ship the next working day, as every tag is engraved especially for your dog.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Shipping is complimentary on orders from €50. Below that, shipping is €7.50 within Europe and €25 elsewhere.

For orders outside the European Union, import duties or other local charges may apply, depending on your country. These are not included in our prices.

Returns

Not entirely happy with your order? Let us know within 14 days of receiving it and send it back within 4 weeks. We will email you a return label. The return costs of €10 are deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges follow the same steps as a return, without the return costs.

Engraved dog tags

As every tag is engraved especially for your dog, engraved tags cannot be returned or exchanged. When you return a Signature or Maison set, you keep the tag and its value of €14.95 is deducted from your refund.
